  • Technical & Browsing Data: To optimize store speed and ensure site security, our server logs standard technical data (IP addresses, browser client details, search queries, and session interactions via OpenCart's activity monitors). 

2. Purpose & Use of Data

Your details are processed strictly for the following operational reasons:

  • Direct WhatsApp coordination to verify physical shelf inventory, select product variants, and coordinate dynamic courier dispatch.
  • Dispatching official digital order confirmations and receipts via email (handled by our sales team at salesteam@balivape.com).
  • Aggregating site traffic metrics and search trends via internal analytics and Google Analytics to improve catalog availability.

3. Data Retention & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal details to advertising networks. We share minimal information only with essential logistical and communication partners:

  • On-Demand Local Couriers: Providing drop-off coordinates and contact numbers to GoSend or GrabExpress drivers solely to complete delivery.
  • Domestic Freight Carriers: Providing shipping names and addresses to JNE, J&T, or Lion Parcel for outside-Bali dispatches.
  • Financial Safety: All transactions are settled via direct local bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, or BNI) or static/dynamic QRIS. We never collect or store credit card credentials, online banking passwords, or payment account numbers on our web server.

4. Cookies & 18+ Verification

Our website utilizes essential browser session cookies to maintain your shopping cart items, manage active customer accounts, and record your 18+ age verification consent for 30 days to avoid repetitive prompts.

5. Data Access & Inquiries

In accordance with Indonesian UU No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to request an update, verification, or permanent deletion of your customer profile and stored order records. To protect customer account security, data access inquiries and deletion requests must be submitted exclusively via email to salesteam@balivape.com.
