1. Legal Age Requirement (Strict 18+ Policy)

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age to purchase electronic nicotine delivery systems in your jurisdiction) to access this website, browse our catalog, or place an order inquiry. By continuing to use this site, you certify that you meet this requirement. BaliVape reserves the right to request proof of legal age (KTP, SIM, or Passport) and to cancel any order inquiry if age verification cannot be substantiated.

2. Catalog Inquiries & Offline Stock Confirmation

Due to physical in-store retail turnover at our Bali locations, placing an order through the website checkout functions as an order inquiry and reservation request, not an immediate binding contract of sale. An order is finalized only after our staff checks physical shelf inventory, confirms your product specifications (device color, coil resistance, liquid flavor, nicotine strength), and validates the transaction directly with you via WhatsApp.

3. Currency & Compliance with Indonesian Law (UU No. 7/2011)

In accordance with Indonesian Law No. 7/2011 on Currency, all commercial retail transactions fulfilled and delivered within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia must be settled and invoiced strictly in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Any foreign currency figures displayed on this website (such as AUD, USD, EUR, or GBP) serve solely as approximate real-time convenience estimates.
All final payment requests sent via WhatsApp (BCA Bank Transfer or QRIS) and accompanying physical or digital invoices are executed strictly in IDR.

4. Payment Before Dispatch

Local Delivery in Bali (GoSend / GrabExpress): You must pay for your products in full via BCA Bank Transfer or QRIS before we book and dispatch a driver to your location. The driver's delivery fare is paid in cash directly to the driver when they arrive.
National Shipping (JNE / J&T / Lion Parcel): Products must be paid in full before we ship your parcel. We do not ship orders until payment is confirmed. Shipping fees are paid cash on delivery (COD Ongkir) to the courier upon arrival, unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

5. Delivery & Courier Risk Transfer

For point-to-point courier delivery across Bali (GoSend/GrabExpress), BaliVape prepares and seals your items carefully. Responsibility for delivery timing, live transit tracking, and on-the-road delays rests with the third-party on-demand logistics provider. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate map pin and working contact number to ensure smooth driver drop-off.
