1. Instant Local Delivery (Bali Area)

For customers in Bali (villas, resorts, hotels, and residences), we offer point-to-point courier delivery via GoSend and GrabExpress.

• Coverage Areas: Denpasar, Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Sanur, Ubud, Bukit/Uluwatu, and surrounding areas.
• Dispatch Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM WITA.
• Order Confirmation: Once you submit your order inquiry online, our team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm stock, color/flavor choices, nicotine levels, and your exact pin drop.
• Product Payment: Once your items are confirmed, we send payment details (BCA Bank Transfer or QRIS image) via WhatsApp. Products must be paid in full prior to driver dispatch.
• Courier Fee (Pay to Driver): Courier delivery fees are dynamic and paid directly to the GoSend/Grab driver upon arrival. We provide an initial fare estimate on WhatsApp, followed by a screenshot of the confirmed live rate once the driver is booked.

For destinations outside Bali, packages are shipped via JNE, J&T, or Lion Parcel.

• Shipping Cost: Sent with shipping fees paid Cash on Delivery (COD / Ongkir di tempat) upon arrival, unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
• Same-Day Cutoff: Orders settled before 1:00 PM WITA are dispatched the same day.
• Tracking (Resi): Your airway bill / tracking number is sent via WhatsApp as soon as our shipping agents scan the parcel.
